Jack in the Box tackles fast-food inflation by launching $4 munchies menu

Jack in the Box wants to make it a fast-food summer, launching a $4 value menu.
The chain, known for their tacos, burgers and curly fries, will launch an assortment of “munchies” set to cost under $4 on Monday, June 3, according to a news release from the company.
Jack in the Box is the latest food giant to announce a cheap meal deal, weeks after McDonald’s and Burger King announced that they'll be coming out with a $5 meal deal set to hit franchises nationwide next month.
Even Wendy’s has gotten in on the action, launching a breakfast combo that includes a sandwich and and seasoned potatoes for $3.
Cheap meal deals are an effort to get attract customers who may be experiencing sticker shock over a surge in prices since 2019.

New value menu is a ‘permanent’ addition, consists of ‘snack-sized’ favorites
Jack in the Box says that the “munchies” menu is a permanent addition to the core menu. You can get snack-sized fan favorites, including tiny tacos, curly fries, chicken sandwiches, for “insane prices.”
The menu will be available to customers in stores, drive-thrus, online or through the Jack in the Box app starting Monday, June 3.
“With great deals and more ways to save, consumers can always count on satisfying their cravings at Jack in the Box − without needing to sacrifice their fave items,” the company says.
